青岛八大关历史街区保护与利用研究

【摘要】：青岛是1994年国务院批准的第三批国家级历史文化名城之一。八大关是这座历史文化名城的重要组成部分，是青岛市2002年确定的十个历史文化街区中唯一的全国文物保护单位，先后被评为“中国最美城区”和“中国十大历史名街”，以其优美的街区风貌和鲜明的景观特色享誉国内外，在我国城市规划史、建设史、管理史上占有重要地位，对其实施全面科学的保护以实现可持续发展，是政府、社会、公众的共同责任，对八大关历史街区如何保护发展做深入研究更是城市规划从业者的重要职责。 文章首先在绪论中阐述了研究背景和对象，明确了研究的目的和意义，对国内外历史街区保护的理论、方法和实践经验以及我国现行保护体系和方法的概念定义做了综述，分析了业内对八大关的研究现状，确定了研究方法和论文结构。第二章回顾了青岛城市和八大关街区的形成，简述了青岛城市和八大关的规划史，结合城市的空间演进分析了八大关街区在城市整体结构中的区位演变。第三章结合对八大关的现状调查，和对八大关街区保护历程的梳理，分析了目前存在的问题。第四章从局部与整体关系入手分析了其在青岛城市历史街区中的区位特色，在全国历史街区范围横向分析提炼了其功能特色，，并对其所具有的独特风貌和先进制度做了特色分析，在此基础上做了历史、文化、艺术和制度四个方面的价值评价。第五章在现状调查及分析评价基础上，对八大关历史街区的保护与利用进行了研究，并对规划成果做了反思和实施评估，最后结合时下发展提出了对八大关历史街区后续保护发展的几点思考。希冀在青岛新区开发与旧城更新都推进迅猛的时下，通过研究探索八大关街区守护并因循城市文脉的发展路径，为整个城市的历史文化保护和基于文化传承的可持续发展做出自己的一点努力。
[Abstract]:Qingdao is one of the third national historical and cultural cities approved by the State Council in 1994. Badaguan, an important part of this famous historical and cultural city, is the only national cultural relics protection unit in the ten historic and cultural blocks identified in Qingdao in 2002, and has successively been named "the most beautiful urban area in China" and "the top ten historic streets in China." Famous at home and abroad for its beautiful style and distinctive landscape characteristics, it occupies an important position in the history of urban planning, construction and management in our country. It is the government and society to carry out comprehensive and scientific protection to realize sustainable development. The common responsibility of the public is to make a deep study on the protection and development of the historical district of Badaguan, which is the important duty of the urban planning practitioners. In the introduction, the paper expounds the research background and object, clarifies the purpose and significance of the research, summarizes the theory, method and practical experience of the protection of historical blocks at home and abroad, and the concept definition of the current protection system and method in China. This paper analyzes the status quo of the research in the industry, and determines the research methods and the structure of the thesis. The second chapter reviews the formation of Qingdao city and Badaguan block, briefly describes the planning history of Qingdao city and Badaguan district, and analyzes the location evolution of Badaguan block in the overall structure of the city according to the spatial evolution of the city. The third chapter analyzes the existing problems by investigating the present situation of Badaguan and combing the protection process of Badaguan district. The fourth chapter starts with the relationship between the local and the whole, analyzes its location characteristics in Qingdao city historical block, and refines its function characteristic in the whole country historical block scope horizontal analysis. On the basis of the analysis of its unique style and advanced system, the value evaluation of history, culture, art and system is made. In the fifth chapter, based on the investigation and evaluation of the present situation, the author studies the protection and utilization of the Badaguan historic district, and reconsiders and evaluates the planning results. Finally, combined with the current development, this paper puts forward some thoughts on the follow-up protection development of Badaguan historic block. It is hoped that with the rapid development of Qingdao New area and the renewal of the old city, we will explore the guard of Badaguan district and follow the development path of the city context through research and exploration. Make your own efforts to protect the history and culture of the whole city and the sustainable development based on cultural heritage.
