高层办公建筑中的空中花园景观设计研究

【摘要】：现代办公建筑是一个应用广泛的建筑门类,尤其是近年来随着城市化进程的加快以及节能节地要求的增加,高层办公建筑建设量的大幅度增长,出现了不少带有空中花园的类型。花园式高层办公建筑的出现,一方面丰富了建筑的造型手段,其生态性、绿色性也符合当今建筑发展的潮流；另一方面则利于人们的交往交流,因此空中花园便在中国迅速发展起来,但发展现状却不尽人意。 本文基于如上背景,将空中花园作为办公建筑的有机组成部分,主要采取文献归纳总结和实地调研的方法来对其进行全面、系统的研究。主要研究结果如下： (1)对长沙具有典型特征的高层办公建筑中的空中花园进行实地调查,结果发现：当今长沙高层办公建筑空中花园景观设计普遍存在的问题,主要包括景观设计风格单一、空间灵活度低、硬质景观及室外家具适用性差、植物配置单一缺乏宜人小气候、后期管理维护差等几个方面。 (2)从平面位置分布及高度分布两方面,详细分析了空中花园在高层办公建筑中的空间特点,及与其相关联的各要素的特点,并探讨了办公建筑中使用人群特征及其需求特征,从而针对不同的使用人群提出了与之相应的开放型、组团型、围合型、放射型等四种花园空间设计模式。 (3)以长沙摩天一号大厦中的空中花园为实际案例,分析存在的问题,完成了一个改造设计方案,验证本文理论研究的科学性与合理性,以期能在今后的高层办公建筑空中花园营造中为同行提供一定的思路与方法。
[Abstract]:Modern office building is a widely used building category, especially in recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of energy-saving and land-saving requirements, the construction volume of high-rise office buildings has greatly increased, and there have been many types with aerial gardens. The appearance of garden high-rise office building, on the one hand, enriches the modeling means of architecture, its ecology and green are also in line with the trend of architectural development; on the other hand, it is conducive to people's communication and communication, so the aerial garden has developed rapidly in China, but the present situation of development is not satisfactory. Based on the above background, this paper takes the aerial garden as an organic part of the office building, mainly adopts the method of literature induction and field investigation to carry on the comprehensive and systematic research to it. The main results are as follows: (1) the aerial garden in Changsha high-rise office building with typical characteristics is investigated on the spot. The results show that there are common problems in the aerial garden landscape design of Changsha high-rise office building, including single landscape design style, low spatial flexibility, poor applicability of hard landscape and outdoor furniture, and lack of pleasant microclimate in plant configuration. The later management and maintenance is poor and so on. (2) from two aspects of plane position distribution and height distribution, this paper analyzes in detail the spatial characteristics of aerial garden in high-rise office buildings and the characteristics of the related elements, and probes into the characteristics of user population and demand in office building, and puts forward four kinds of garden space design patterns, such as open type, group type, enclosure type and radiation type, for different users. (3) taking the aerial garden in Changsha skyscraper 1 as the actual case, the existing problems are analyzed, and a reconstruction design scheme is completed to verify the scientific nature and rationality of the theoretical research in this paper, in order to provide some ideas and methods for the colleagues in the construction of the aerial garden of the high-rise office building in the future.
