沿海油库含油污水处理关键技术研究

【摘要】:沿海地区的油库在生产经营中不可避免的会产生含油污水,污水量大,水中的油类和COD含量高,属于难降解的有机废水。水污染严重、水资源紧缺已成为人们日常关注的焦点问题,超滤膜处理法具有高效、绿色、低耗等优点,在废水处理领域的应用越来越广泛。论文讨论了沿海油库产生含油污水的来源,概述了各类常用的处理方法,介绍了超滤膜分离法净化含油废水的现状。本次实验,考察了不同因素下纳米改性超滤膜膜通量的变化,综合比较后得到了其运行的最适宜条件;考察了酸性、碱性溶液对超滤膜的清洗效果;对混凝-超滤工艺净化含油污水的效果进行了评价,采集处理水样本进行了测量。实验取得的主要结论有:试验所用超滤膜的适宜压力为0.12 MPa;在室温下,超滤分离法可以有效去除废水中的油类、COD等杂质,得到优质的处理水:油类的平均去除率为94.14%,COD的平均去除率为83.96%;进水口水质的变化不影响出水水质,超滤膜的稳定性好;膜通量随时间减小,并趋近于稳定在250L/(m2·h)左右;使用0.2mol/L的HCl溶液或0.08 mol/L的NaOH溶液清洗20 min超滤膜是比较经济的;混凝预处理可以有效减小超滤分离的负荷,延长超滤膜的使用年限;经过混凝-超滤组合工艺处理后,污水中的油类物质和COD的总去除率可以达到了95%、90%,出水稳定、水质好,可以实现不同途径的回用。含油污水处理后可以再次利用,有利于缓解水资源紧缺的现状,实现石化行业的绿色生产。
[Abstract]:Oil depots in coastal areas will inevitably produce oily sewage in production and management. The water is polluted with a large amount of water, and the content of oil and COD in the water is high, so it belongs to the organic wastewater which is difficult to degrade. The water pollution is serious. Water resources shortage has become the focus of daily attention. Ultrafiltration membrane treatment has the advantages of high efficiency, green and low consumption, and has been used more and more widely in the field of wastewater treatment. This paper discusses the source of oily sewage produced by coastal oil depots. Various common treatment methods were summarized, and the present situation of ultrafiltration membrane separation process for purifying oily wastewater was introduced. In this experiment, the changes of membrane flux of nano-modified ultrafiltration membrane under different factors were investigated, and the optimum operating conditions were obtained after comprehensive comparison. The cleaning effect of acidic and alkaline solution on ultrafiltration membrane and the effect of coagulation-ultrafiltration process on the purification of oily wastewater were investigated. The main conclusions are as follows: the suitable pressure of the ultrafiltration membrane used in the experiment is 0.12 MPa; at room temperature, the impurities such as oil and COD in wastewater can be effectively removed by ultrafiltration separation. The quality of treated water was obtained: the average removal rate of oil was 94.14% and the average removal rate of COD was 83.96; the change of inlet water quality did not affect the effluent quality, the stability of ultrafiltration membrane was good; the membrane flux decreased with time, and the membrane flux tended to be stable at 250L/(m2 h or so. It is economical to use 0.2mol/L HCl solution or 0.08 mol/L NaOH solution to clean 20 min ultrafiltration membrane, coagulation pretreatment can effectively reduce the load of ultrafiltration separation and prolong the service life of ultrafiltration membrane. The total removal rate of oily substances and COD in sewage can reach 95% 90%, the effluent is stable, the water quality is good, and different ways of reuse can be realized. After the treatment of oily sewage, it can be reused, which is conducive to alleviating the current situation of water resources shortage. To realize green production in petrochemical industry.
