石油焦高温催化气化的可行性研究

【摘要】:低气化反应性是制约石油焦气化利用的重要因素,为探究石油焦高温催化气化的可行性,采用下落式固定床气化反应系统,结合SEM-EDS分析技术,详细研究了石油焦在高温条件下的催化气化行为。结果表明:在1400℃下,石油焦与褐煤的气化反应性有15倍之差,富含Fe、Ca的氧化物和褐煤灰对石油焦的气化具有明显的促进作用,可将石油焦的气化反应性提高8倍之多,已接近褐煤的气化反应性;气化温度高于煤灰的熔融温度时,未反应碳的存在抑制了矿物质熔融,为石油焦高温催化气化的发生提供了可能。石油焦与煤共气化是改善石油焦高温气化反应性的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Low gasification reactivity is an important factor restricting the utilization of petroleum coke gasification. In order to explore the feasibility of high temperature catalytic gasification of petroleum coke, a falling fixed-bed gasification reaction system was adopted, combined with SEM-EDS analysis technology. The catalytic gasification behavior of petroleum coke at high temperature was studied in detail.
