纤维压裂液性能研究

【摘要】:针对纤维压裂液的降解能力问题,设计了室内实验,研究了温度、碱浓度对纤维压裂液降解能力的影响。实验表明,KTL1型纤维在10 d内无论是水解还是碱解降解率都低于60%,不适合工程使用;KTL2型纤维在75℃时,无论是水解还是碱解降解率都不超过40%,在储层温度为75℃时不适合工程使用;储层温度为100℃时,经过16 h后,降解率已达到90%以上;储层温度为120℃时,经过4 h后,降解率已达到90%以上;因此,建议在储层温度低于90℃时慎用KTL2型纤维,在储层温度高于90℃时选做工程使用,效果较好。最后评价了纤维压裂液的携砂能力和储层伤害,对长庆油田纤维压裂液的使用具有指导意义。
