古潜山油藏高效解堵剂研究

【摘要】:兴古潜山油藏具有油层致密,有效孔隙低,连通性差等特点。油田开发及生产过程中,不配伍流体浸入地层,完井后投产前泥浆替换不彻底,采油生产过程中造成的液锁、水锁、乳液伤害,作业过程中造成的颗粒堵塞等都会导致储层渗透率降低、油气井产能下降。改造堵塞油层的有效方法是酸化解堵作业。本文针对兴古潜山油田的特性,通过对油藏堵塞机理分析及酸岩溶蚀实验,确定出既能有效解堵,又不破坏地层骨架的CZ-21酸液为古潜山油田酸化高效解堵剂的主体酸体系;合成了转向能力较强的油酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱类酸液转向剂,在剪切速率为170s-1、温度为80℃、pH为4的条件下,含转向剂的酸液粘度仍然保持在300mPa·s以上,具有较好的耐温性;筛选并确定浓度为1.0%的缓蚀剂B、防乳破乳剂DQ-5、铁离子稳定剂NTA及合成的酸液转向剂为酸化工作液的主要添加剂。对兴古潜山油田原油(兴古7—16油井)形成酸渣的影响因素及其对储层的伤害进行了研究,并对兴古潜山油田酸化现场施工工艺研究进行了探讨。认为酸渣形成的内因是原油内部的胶质和沥青质含量,随着原油中胶质、沥青质含量的增加,酸油混合物形成的酸渣量逐渐增大,当胶质沥青质含量增加到10%左右时,生成的酸渣量明显增大;外因是注入流体中含不配伍性离子,以铁离子最为显著,其中Fe3+对酸渣的形成起着至关重要的作用。
