长江口南槽航道治理方案展望

【摘要】：根据长江口船舶及运量发展预测,为满足长江经济带发展国家战略需要,应尽快实施长江口南槽航道治理工程。分析了近年来长江口南槽及相邻水域河势变化情况、演变趋势和碍航特性等;提出了南槽航道治理应有利于长江口的综合治理、航道治理与生态环境保护有机协调共赢发展等治理原则,以及"限流、护滩、稳槽"和"导流、增深、减淤"等治理思路;研究提出了南槽航道治理工程方案,经初步分析可以达到预期的治理目标。
[Abstract]:According to the prediction of the development of ship and transportation volume in the Changjiang Estuary, in order to meet the national strategic needs of the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the waterway regulation project of the South Channel of the Yangtze Estuary should be implemented as soon as possible.The river regime variation, evolution trend and navigation hindrance in the south channel and adjacent waters of the Yangtze River Estuary in recent years are analyzed, and it is pointed out that the channel management of the south channel should be beneficial to the comprehensive control of the Yangtze River Estuary.The management principles of waterway management and ecological environment protection, such as "limiting current, protecting beach, stabilizing channel" and "diversion, deepening and silt reduction", etc., are studied and put forward in this paper.After preliminary analysis can achieve the desired governance objectives.
