抽水蓄能电站一洞两机相继甩负荷分析

【摘要】:为减少工程投资,抽水蓄能电站采用一洞两机布置,当一台机组甩负荷时会对另外一台机组产生水力干扰,诱发其甩负荷,导致相继甩负荷工况。这种工况下后甩机组的尾水管进口最小压力会急剧下降,但先甩机组也可能存在这种现象。本文通过对实际工程的数值模拟,分析了相继甩负荷时,先甩机组尾水管进口最小压力急剧下降的原因。研究表明:当相继甩负荷间隔时间较长,且先甩机组处于S特性曲线斜率反弯段,后甩机组流量上升时,后甩机组流量变化将对先甩机组产生很大的水头叠加,使先甩机组尾水管进口最小压力剧烈下降,出现先甩机组不利的现象。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the project investment, the Pumped-storage power station adopts the arrangement of one hole and two machines. When one unit shedding its load, it will cause hydraulic disturbance to the other unit, which will induce its load rejection and lead to successive load rejection conditions. Under this condition, the minimum pressure of draft tube inlet will drop sharply, but this phenomenon may also exist in the first dump unit. Based on the numerical simulation of practical engineering, this paper analyzes the causes of the sharp decrease of the minimum pressure at the inlet of draft tube when the load is shedding successively. The results show that when the successive load rejection interval is longer, and the first dump unit is in the S-characteristic curve slope back bending section, and the flow rate of the later dump unit rises, the flow change of the later dump unit will produce a very large water head superposition to the first dump unit. The minimum pressure at the inlet of the draft tube of the first dump unit is reduced sharply, and the unfavorable phenomenon of the first dump unit appears.
