淮河淮滨至老子山段水力模型及计算研究

【摘要】:随着国家发展速度的加快,一方面,人们的日常生活和社会的稳定发展对生态环境需水量以及洪涝灾害的防御能力提出了更高的要求;另一方面,淮滨至老子山段的水流情况复杂。人类社会生活对淮河干流水域的影响不断加深,导致洪涝宣泄不畅通,水安全风险加大等问题。本文对淮滨至老子山段河道进行水力计算分析。研究区域属于平原河道,其平面形态基本有三种类型:顺直微弯型、弯曲型和分汊型。在部分区域下游河道宣泄不通,水流运动规律复杂。所以如何利用现有的水力模型来研究该段河道的水流情况,使防洪效果达到最优化,最大限度的发挥淮滨至老子山段的相关水利建筑综合效益,具有十分重要的意义。本文主要内容如下:(1)调研分析淮滨至老子山段1991年和2003年以后的相关水文和地貌信息,主要分为淮滨至蚌埠段1991年及2003年以后相关水文信息和蚌埠至老子山段1993年至2002年水文信息。分析该段水环境的现状以及尚存的主要水力问题,探讨该段河道水流情况对周围环境的影响;(2)确定淮滨至老子山段河道具体检测段,实测所选河段水位、水量以及地形地貌等特征近年来的变化情况,为进行水力计算及分析提供相应的条件;(3)为保证对水动力模型研究分析的准确性,对河道糙率进行率定。(4)使用了淮河干流淮滨-老子山段洪水演进的数学模型,结合具有相对较为准确性的水文基础资料对淮滨至老子山段水位流量进行水力计算。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of national development, on the one hand, the daily life of people and the stable development of society put forward higher requirements for the ecological environment water demand and flood protection; on the other hand, The water flow from Huaibin to Laozi Mountains is complicated. The impact of human social life on the Huaihe River main water area is becoming more and more serious, which results in the flood and waterlogging not flowing smoothly and the risk of water safety increasing. In this paper, the river channel from Huaibin to Laozi Mountain is analyzed by hydraulic calculation. The study area belongs to plain river channel, and its plane shape basically has three types: direct slightly curved type, curved type and branching type. In some areas, the downstream channel can not be drained, and the law of water flow is complex. Therefore, how to use the existing hydraulic model to study the flow situation of this section of the river, so as to optimize the flood control effect and maximize the comprehensive benefits of the relevant water conservancy buildings from Huaibin to Laozi Mountains, it is of great significance. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) investigation and analysis of relevant hydrological and geomorphologic information after 1991 and 2003 in the Huaibin to Laozi Mountains, It is mainly divided into the hydrological information of Huaibin to Bengbu section after 1991 and 2003 and the hydrological information from 1993 to 2002 of Bengbu to Laozi mountain section. The present situation of the water environment and the main remaining hydraulic problems are analyzed, and the influence of the flow situation on the surrounding environment is discussed. (2) to determine the specific section of the river course from Huaibin to Laozi Mountains, and to measure the water level of the selected section of the river. The variation of water quantity and topographic features in recent years provides the corresponding conditions for hydraulic calculation and analysis) in order to ensure the accuracy of hydrodynamic model research and analysis. The mathematical model of flood routing in Huaibin-Laozi mountain section of Huaihe River main stream is used, and the hydraulic calculation of water level and discharge from Huaibin to Laozi Mountains is carried out in combination with the relatively accurate hydrological basic data.
