超大水位变幅水力自升降拦漂设施研究与应用

【摘要】:锦屏一级水电站水库死水位至正常蓄水位间水位变幅达80 m,且工程区两岸地形陡峭,地质灾害多发,气象条件复杂,旱季风大,传统形式的拦漂设施无法满足电站运行要求。结合工程现场实际情况,开展了斜坡固定导槽水力自升降拦漂技术研究,介绍了其工作原理和设备安装要点。实际运行效果表明,通过采用斜坡式水力自升降连接装置、防风力翻转破坏沉没的拦污浮箱等新技术,有效保障了拦漂系统运行的稳定性和安全性。
[Abstract]:The range of water level between dead water level and normal storage level of Jinping I Hydropower Station is up to 80 m, and the topography of both sides of the engineering area is steep, geological disasters are frequent, meteorological conditions are complex, the dry season is windy, and the traditional stoppage and drift facilities can not meet the operation requirements of the power station. Combined with the actual situation of the project, the hydraulic self-lifting drift technology of fixed guide tank on slope is studied, and its working principle and installation key points are introduced. The practical operation results show that the stability and safety of the drift arresting system can be effectively guaranteed by adopting new technologies such as slope hydraulic self-elevating connection device and anti-wind overturning and submersible anti-fouling floating box.
