中国小水电科技发展趋势研究

【摘要】：一直以来,科技因素对小水电的发展具有至关重要的支撑作用。从流域水电规划与设计、电站建设运行和科研与设备制造3个方面,指出了小水电科技发展存在的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了新时期小水电科技发展的总体思路,即秉持"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的发展理念,坚持小水电开发与自然相和谐,积极突破小水电发展瓶颈,大力发展"民生水电、平安水电、绿色水电、和谐水电",支撑小水电可持续发展。而后,从管理研究和应用研究2方面,提出了具有针对性的小水电科技发展的任务建议,并据此制定了科技发展趋势图。
[Abstract]:All along, the scientific and technological factor has the vital support function to the small hydropower development. The main problems in the development of small hydropower technology are pointed out from three aspects: hydropower planning and design, construction and operation of hydropower station, scientific research and equipment manufacture. On this basis, the paper puts forward the general idea of the development of small hydropower technology in the new period, that is, adhering to the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing", insisting on the harmony between the development of small hydropower and nature, and actively breaking through the bottleneck of small hydropower development. Vigorously develop "people's livelihood hydropower, Ping an hydropower, green hydropower, harmonious hydropower" to support the sustainable development of small hydropower. Then, from the two aspects of management research and application research, the paper puts forward the task suggestions for the development of small hydropower science and technology, and formulates the trend map of science and technology development accordingly.
