荆州市武德路片区海绵城市规划建设研究

【摘要】:我国正处在城镇化快速发展时期,城市建设取得显著成就,同时也存在开发强度高、硬质铺装多等问题,导致下垫面过度硬化,改变了城市原有自然生态本底和水文特征。城市开发建设破坏了自然的“海绵体”,导致“逢雨必涝、雨后即旱”,同时也带来了水环境污染、水资源紧缺、水安全缺乏保障、水文化消失等一系列问题[1]。面都这一系列的城市建设问题,原有的城市规划建设理念已经不合时宜。海绵城市理念的提出,恰好是弥补了传统城市规划的上述不足。武德路片区是荆州市中心城区重要的建成区,在中心城区具有一定的代表性。通过对武德路片区现状进行实地调研,发现目前存在一些水环境、水生态等方面问题,如太岳路内涝点问题、河流水质污染问题等。面对以上问题,本文依据总体规划,与各专项规划相协调,对荆州市武德路片区进行深入分析,明确武德路片区海绵城市建设的重点内容。确定了武德路片区的径流控制目标。并通过低影响开发雨水系统构建,合理选择各低影响开发设施,得到武德路片区各地块下凹式绿地率、透水铺装率、绿色屋顶率、雨水花园等设施的控制指标。结合指标,分别从建筑和小区、道路、水系方面提出某具体地块的设计指引和实施建议,为武德路片区海绵城市建设提供指导。通过海绵城市建设,将有效缓解武德路片区的水环境和水资源面临的突出问题。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the period of rapid development of urbanization, urban construction has made remarkable achievements, at the same time, there are many problems such as high development intensity and more hard paving, which lead to excessive hardening of the underlying surface, which has changed the original natural ecological background and hydrological characteristics of the city. Urban development and construction have destroyed the natural "sponge" and led to a series of problems, such as "waterlogging in every rain, drought after rain", and a series of problems such as pollution of water environment, shortage of water resources, lack of guarantee of water safety, disappearance of water culture and so on [1]. This series of urban construction problems, the original concept of urban planning and construction has been out of place. The concept of sponge city is just to make up for the above deficiencies of traditional urban planning. Wude Road District is an important building area in Jingzhou City, which is representative of the central district. Through the field investigation on the current situation of Wude Road, it is found that there are some problems in water environment, water ecology and so on, such as the waterlogging point of Taiyue Road, river water pollution and so on. In the face of the above problems, according to the overall planning and coordination with the special planning, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the Wude Road area in Jingzhou, and clarifies the key content of the construction of the sponge city in the Wude Road area. The runoff control target of Wude Road area is determined. Through the construction of Rain Water system of low impact development and the reasonable selection of the low impact development facilities, the control indexes of the facilities such as green space rate, permeable paving rate, green roof rate, Rain Water garden and so on in each plot of Wude Road area are obtained. Combined with the indexes, the design guidelines and implementation suggestions of a specific land block are put forward from the aspects of buildings and residential areas, roads and water systems respectively, which can provide guidance for the construction of sponge cities in Wude Road area. Through the construction of sponge city, the prominent problems of water environment and water resources in Wude Road area will be effectively alleviated.
