美国城市建成区雨水系统改造经验分析

【摘要】:我国城市建成区内普遍面临合流制溢流污染、雨水径流污染等严重雨水系统问题,在海绵城市建设推进过程中,为解决上述问题进行的建成区雨水系统改造往往面临诸多困难。在分析美国城市雨洪管理及建成区雨水系统改造相关背景的基础上,以费城、纽约、波特兰三个美国典型城市为例,分析和总结他们多年来在城市建成区雨水系统改造方面的实践经验,为我国城市建成区雨水系统改造提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:During the construction of sponge city, there are many difficulties to solve the problems in the system transformation of Rain Water system in order to solve the above problems in the process of construction and promotion of sponge city, such as confluence overflow pollution, Rain Water runoff pollution and so on, in the urban built-up area of our country, there are many serious problems such as traffic overflow, Rain Water runoff pollution and so on. On the basis of analyzing the background of storm flood management in American cities and the reconstruction of Rain Water system in established districts, three typical American cities, Philadelphia, New York and Portland, are taken as examples. This paper analyzes and summarizes their practical experience in the transformation of Rain Water system in urban built-up area for many years, which provides a certain reference for the system transformation of Rain Water system in urban built-up district of our country.
