【摘要】:液晶屏作为现代信息显示和人机交互的主要媒介已经被广泛应用于各领域,其生产工艺流程不断优化,生产规模不断扩大。液晶屏自动老化生产线的功能是对生产的液晶屏进行老化测试,剔除具有缺陷的液晶屏,确保液晶屏出厂合格率。本文对液晶屏自动老化生产线产品族进行研究和设计,目的是开发出液晶屏自动老化生产线产品平台,以实现液晶屏自动老化生产线的快速定制设计。同时,该产品平台对液晶屏自动老化生产线技术升级、在线维护等也具有重要意义。本文在对产品族设计相关理论进行研究的基础上,以快速和可重构产品族设计理念为指导,制定了液晶屏自动老化生产线产品族设计的总体方案。对液晶屏自动老化生产线从功能结构上进行了模块划分,分为三级模块,第一级模块为机械装置模块和计算机控制模块,其中机械装置模块又划分为六个功能部件模块(第二级模块),功能部件模块进一步划分出若干零件级的最小模块(第三级模块)。同时,为了缩短生产周期,本文还从生产制造方面进行了模块划分,并结合企业生产实际制定了模块命名规则。本文应用模块化和参数化相结合的方法重点对机械装置模块进行了具体设计,设计出了可用于平台开发的pallet系统、皮带传输系统、升降传输系统、平移传输系统、倍速链传输系统、其它辅助模块六大模块和它们的零件级的子模块。根据产品平台相关理论,利用VB编程技术对SolidWorks进行了二次开发,初步完成了液晶屏自动老化生产线产品平台的开发,通过平台可实现对机械装置模块的快速变型设计。最后,探讨了云模式下液晶屏自动老化生产线产品平台相关理论和技术,提出了液晶屏自动老化生产线云平台开发的基本结构体系。
[Abstract]:As the main medium of modern information display and human-computer interaction, liquid crystal screen has been widely used in various fields, and its production process has been continuously optimized. The function of the automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen is to test the aging of the liquid crystal screen and eliminate the defective liquid crystal screen. This paper studies and designs the product family of automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen, in order to develop the product platform of automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen. In order to realize the rapid customization design of liquid crystal screen automatic aging production line, at the same time, the product platform upgrades the technology of liquid crystal screen automatic aging production line. Online maintenance is also of great significance. Based on the research of product family design theory, this paper is guided by the concept of rapid and reconfigurable product family design. The overall scheme of product family design for automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen is established. The module of automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen is divided into three levels according to its functional structure. The first stage module is a mechanical device module and a computer control module, wherein the mechanical device module is divided into six functional component modules (the second stage module). The function module is further divided into the smallest module (the third level module). At the same time, in order to shorten the production cycle, this paper also carries on the module division from the production manufacture aspect. Combined with the actual production of enterprises to formulate the rules of module naming. This paper uses the combination of modularization and parameterization method to focus on the specific design of the mechanical module. The pallet system, belt transmission system, lifting transmission system, translation transmission system and double speed chain transmission system are designed. According to the theory of product platform, the second development of SolidWorks is carried out by using VB programming technology. The product platform of the automatic aging production line of liquid crystal screen has been developed preliminarily, through which the rapid variant design of the mechanical device module can be realized. Finally. This paper discusses the theory and technology related to the product platform of liquid crystal screen automatic aging production line under cloud mode, and puts forward the basic structure system of cloud platform development for liquid crystal screen automatic aging production line.
