浙江省森林资源新一轮二类调查技术特点与若干问题探讨

【摘要】：介绍了浙江省森林资源的调查历史,开展新一轮二类调查的背景,就《浙江省森林资源规划设计调查技术操作细则》(2014年修订)的相关技术特点进行调查探讨。修改了相关技术规程,衔接林地变更、森林资源一体化监测等相关工作,具有数据更新数出同源;小班去细班化、林带小班化、地类调整区划等特点。根据新的操作细则的具体实践以及当地实际,提出了此次二类调查仍存在缺少生态公益林相关监测因子、林业勘察数表老旧等问题。提出了运用高精度遥感影像,加强林业队伍建设等建议。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the investigation history of forest resources in Zhejiang Province, the background of carrying out a new round of second class investigation, and probes into the relevant technical characteristics of the Technical operating rules of Forest Resources Planning and Design investigation in Zhejiang Province (revised in 2014).The related technical regulations have been revised to link up the changes of forest land and the integrated monitoring of forest resources and so on. It has the characteristics of data updating, de-subdivision of small classes, subdivision of forest belts, division of land types adjustment, and so on.According to the concrete practice of the new operation rules and the local practice, it is pointed out that there are still some problems in this investigation, such as the lack of the relevant monitoring factors of the ecological public welfare forest, the old and old forest survey tables, and so on.Some suggestions such as using high precision remote sensing image and strengthening forestry team construction are put forward.
