【摘要】：云南哈尼族的迁徙史诗中有着极为丰富的契约叙事。这些契约叙事的基本结构可分为"立约→违约→承担违约后果"与"立约→践约→完约"两种基本类型。"立约→违约→承担违约后果"型契约叙事反映了人与自然、人与人之间关系的失调,违约者只能被迫迁徙;"立约→践约→完约"型契约叙事反映了人与神、人与人之间关系的调和,其结果为立约、践约者重建了秩序井然、和谐美好的家园。
[Abstract]:In the migratory epic of the Hani people in Yunnan, there is a very rich contract narrative. The basic structure of the narrative can be divided into "contract, breach of contract, liability for breach of the covenant consequences" and "covenant, to end about a" two basic types.
