【摘要】：任何一个民族国家都面临着多元文化背景下的民族国家建构问题,这是由于族群和文化多样性所决定的,并且由于国家一体化与族群自我发展之间的内在张力使得这个问题变得更为复杂。西方学者针对民族国家建构问题提出了多元文化主义理论,希望通过一种民主、平等的方式来协调国家与族群之间的关系,以一种“异中求和”的差异公民身份来协调文化多元与政治一体、族群认同和国家认同之间的关系,为能在实现民族国家建构一体化目标的同时,也能达成一个公平正义的社会。目前对多元文化主义能否有效地促进民族国家建构存在争议,只有通过对多元文化主义理论和实践层面的考察,才可能认清多元文化主义的利弊,加拿大作为世界上第一个实行多元文化主义政策的多族群国家,无疑是最为合适的分析对象。总之,经过对多元文化主义理论和实践的分析,不仅完善了民族国家建构的理论研究,而且通过总结实践经验,归纳出了面对族群和文化多样性,民族国家建构的理性逻辑与现实路径,为包括中国在内的其它民族国家提供了有益的理论指导。
[Abstract]:Any nation-state is faced with the problem of nation-state construction under the multicultural background, which is determined by ethnic groups and cultural diversity. And because of the internal tension between national integration and ethnic group self-development, the problem becomes more complicated. Western scholars put forward the theory of multiculturalism in view of nation-state construction. It is hoped that the relationship between the state and the ethnic groups will be coordinated in a democratic and equal manner, and that cultural pluralism and political integration will be coordinated with a different citizenship of "harmony among differences". The relationship between ethnic identity and national identity, in order to achieve the goal of nation-state integration at the same time. At present, there are disputes about whether multiculturalism can effectively promote the construction of nation-state, only by examining the theory and practice of multiculturalism. In order to recognize the advantages and disadvantages of multiculturalism, Canada, as the first multi-ethnic country in the world to implement multiculturalism policy, is undoubtedly the most appropriate object of analysis. Through the analysis of the theory and practice of multiculturalism, not only the theoretical research of nation-state construction has been perfected, but also the practical experience has been summed up in the face of ethnic groups and cultural diversity. The rational logic and realistic path of nation-state construction provide beneficial theoretical guidance for other nation-states including China.
