【摘要】：正可以说,占里是我见识到的发展最迟缓的中国传统村落之一;但也可以说,占里又是我见识到的发展最快的中国传统村落之一。1贵州的占里侗寨实在是太有名了,让人不得不一说再说。而占里的闻名又得益于它古老的计划生育习俗——它在700年前就开始有计划地控制人口,而且700年来也的确实现了人口的零增长。这不能不说是人类文化历史上的一个巨大的奇迹。但当代社会和媒体发现占里,却只是在上个世纪80年代末期的事情。最早是由《黔东南日报》的记者1987年底率先报道的,随后有中央电视台的跟进,接下来才有90年
