关于坚持和完善民族优惠政策的几点思考

【摘要】：新中国成立以来特别是改革开放以来,党和国家对少数民族和民族地区实行了一系列优惠政策,这对加强民族团结、加快少数民族和民族地区经济社会发展发挥了重大作用,体现了党和国家对少数民族和民族地区的亲切关怀,受到了各族干部群众的衷心拥护和欢迎。但近些年来社会上一些人对这些优惠政策提出了质疑,有些人甚至提出取消这些政策的主张。这就给我们提出了两个重要的问题,一是如何正确认识党和国家对少数民族和民族地区实行的优惠政策;二是在新的形势下如何进一步坚持和完善这些政策。本人在下面就这两个问题谈谈自己的一些看法。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, especially since the beginning of reform and opening up, the party and the state have implemented a series of preferential policies for ethnic minorities and minority areas, which has played a major role in strengthening national unity and speeding up the economic and social development of ethnic minorities and ethnic regions. It embodies the cordial concern of the Party and the state to ethnic minorities and regions, and has been wholeheartedly supported and welcomed by cadres and masses of all ethnic groups. But in recent years, some people have questioned these preferential policies, some even proposed to abolish them. This gives us two important questions: first, how to correctly understand the preferential policies adopted by the Party and the state for ethnic minorities and minority areas; and second, how to further adhere to and improve these policies under the new situation. I would like to share some of my views on these two issues below.
