国家社科基金重大项目“少数民族海外华人研究”开题实录

【摘要】：海外华人在中国近代革命事业、现代化建设及中西文化交流中一直扮演重要角色。历史学、民族学、人类学者分别从不同角度对他们的历史、社会及文化等事项进行了研讨。但既有研究多将海外华人等同于"海外汉人",对"少数民族海外华人"缺少应有的关照。故此,"少数民族海外华人研究"(2014年度国家社会科学基金重大项目[第二批],课题批准号:14ZDB114)旨在重思海外华人概念,将民族主体在中国,但因故移居国外作为侨民,或已获居住国国籍的中国少数民族海外移民及其后代也纳入讨论范畴。该课题在学术与现实两端均值得期待。它不仅能和移民、跨界民族、跨境贸易及跨国民族主义等当前讨论较多的学术议题产生对话,也将对"新丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的建设提供智识和资料参考。本栏目选刊的三篇文章在"少数民族海外华人研究"的论证报告、文献综述和开题讨论的基础上上形成,分别对"少数民族海外华人研究"的必要性、可行性、学术与现实意义,业已存在的研究成果与不足以及具体研究过程中应注意的事项等展开论述,对该课题及相关研究进行了较为全面的讨论,某些见解具有新意。我们期待更多的学人参与到"少数民族海外华人"议题的讨论中来。
[Abstract]:Overseas Chinese have always played an important role in China's modern revolutionary cause, modernization and cultural exchanges between China and the West. History, ethnology and anthropologists discuss their history, society and culture from different angles. However, the existing studies equate overseas Chinese with overseas Han Chinese, and lack due care for ethnic minorities overseas Chinese. Therefore, the important project of the National Social Science Foundation of 2014 [second batch], Project Grant No.: 14ZDB114), aims to re-think the concept of overseas Chinese and put the national subject in China, but for some reason emigrate abroad as an expatriate. Ethnic Chinese immigrants and their descendants who have acquired the nationality of their country of residence are also included in the discussion. This subject is worth looking forward to both academically and realistically. It is not only able to generate dialogue with current academic issues such as immigration, cross-border ethnic groups, cross-border trade and transnational nationalism, It will also provide wisdom and reference for the construction of "New Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21 Century Maritime Silk Road". The three articles selected from this column were formed on the basis of the argumentation report, literature review and discussion on the study of ethnic minorities overseas Chinese, respectively, and the necessity and feasibility of "the study of ethnic minorities overseas Chinese". This paper discusses the academic and practical significance, the existing research achievements and deficiencies, and the matters needing attention in the concrete research process, and discusses the subject and related research comprehensively. Some opinions have new ideas. We look forward to more scholars participating in the discussion on the issue of ethnic minorities and overseas Chinese.
