蒙古饮食禁忌探析

【摘要】：论文由序论，蒙古饮食禁忌的起源，饮食禁忌的内容，饮食禁忌的功能及结论，参考文献等六个部分组成。序论中，简述了研究概况、说明了选题目的和研究方法。第一章、从信仰起源和生产生活起源两个方面对蒙古饮食禁忌的形成进行探讨。认为蒙古饮食禁忌的起源不仅与灵魂崇拜，图腾崇拜，巫术信仰及宗教观念相关联，，而且与人们在生产生活过程中所积累的经验有着直接的关系。第二章、将蒙古饮食禁忌内容分为与饮食食品相关的禁忌和与行为相关的禁忌两个部分。并将其细化为污秽食物禁忌，器皿禁忌、加工过程的禁忌，饮用方式禁忌等几个方面。从而探究了饮食禁忌的丰富内涵和独特特征。第三章中把饮食禁忌的功能分为实用功能和社会功能。并从崇尚、调节、节约等三个方面阐明了饮食禁忌在日常生活中的实用功能，从道德教化，卫生教育、继承文化传统等几个方面探讨了饮食禁忌的社会功能。从文化学角度对饮食禁忌进行深入研究，不仅有助于认识蒙古民族对饮食文化的基本观念及审美价值，而且对继承和发扬民族优秀文化传统有着深远的意义。
[Abstract]:The thesis consists of six parts: preface theory, the origin of Mongolian dietary taboo, the content of dietary taboo, the function and conclusion of dietary taboo, and references. In the preface, the general situation of the research is briefly described, and the purpose and research method of the selected topic are explained. The first chapter discusses the formation of Mongolian dietary taboos from two aspects: the origin of belief and the origin of production and life. It is believed that the origin of Mongolian dietary taboos is not only related to soul worship, totem worship, witchcraft beliefs and religious concepts. And it has a direct relationship with the experience accumulated in the process of production and life. In the second chapter, the taboo content of Mongolian diet is divided into two parts: taboo related to diet and food and taboo related to behavior. It is refined into dirty food taboos, utensils taboos, processing taboos, drinking taboos and so on. In order to explore the rich connotation and unique characteristics of dietary taboos. In the third chapter, the function of diet taboo is divided into practical function and social function. It also expounds the practical function of dietary taboo in daily life from three aspects: advocating, regulating and saving, and expounds the practical function of dietary taboo in daily life from the aspects of moral education and health education. The social function of dietary taboo is discussed from several aspects, such as inheriting cultural tradition. The in-depth study of dietary taboos from the perspective of culturology is not only helpful to understand the basic concept and aesthetic value of Mongolian people's food culture. Moreover, it is of far-reaching significance to inherit and carry forward the cultural tradition of national excellence.
