石化园区产业链空间布局优化研究

【摘要】：产业链延伸是石化园区产业链发展的重要手段,在石化园区空间布局中起到重要的意义。通过对石化园区乙烯、丙烯产业链延伸设计,根据产业链间存在紧密的物料利用关系,构建了基于物料依赖矩阵(MRM)的炼油产业链模型。该模型表明对产业单元进行空间布局时,应充分考虑产业链单元间依赖数值大小,依次优先考虑数值较大单元,这样有利于节约资源与物料传输费用,降低环境风险,提高物料循环效率,达到石化园区空间布局优化的目的,为以后开展石化园区规划提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The extension of the industrial chain is an important means for the development of the industrial chain of the petrochemical park, which plays an important role in the layout of the petrochemical park. Based on the extended design of ethylene and propylene industry chain in petrochemical industry park, the model of refining industry chain based on material dependence matrix (MRM) was constructed according to the close material utilization relationship between the industrial chains. The model shows that in the spatial layout of industrial units, we should fully consider the dependence on the value of the industrial chain units, and give priority to the larger value units in turn, which is conducive to saving the cost of transmission of resources and materials and reducing the environmental risk. Improve the efficiency of material recycling, achieve the purpose of optimizing the layout of petrochemical park space, and provide reference for the future development of petrochemical park planning.
