由于BIM的优越性,世界各大经济体把它作为土木建筑的发展的趋势。很多大集团集中人力和财力来搭建企业级的BIM,以提升项目管理水平促进各部门的相互交流。但是对于中小企业来说,BIM还是很生疏,特别是在发展中国家。在越南,很多大厂的项目开始采用BIM。在项目初期,特别是项目设计阶段,BIM的应用问题一直是越南的小企业的问题。因此,本研究的目的是分析BIM在中小企业中的应用的影响因素。本研究以越南的一家小设计公司为研究对象,考察BIM在项目设计中的应用的影响因素。这些因素被分为组织、管理、工艺以及压力四大类。本研究采用AHP的方法对影响因素进行评价,首先搭建层次模型,然后设计调查问卷来实现数据的收集。研究结果得到了在中小企业的项目设计过程中应用BIM的影响因素排名,同时建议有关组织更深刻地了解BIM以及各个解决方案的交接工作。研究成果将对在越南的土木建筑行业中应用BIM技术提供借鉴,同时可以应用到其他任何跟越南相同经济基础和特点的国家。另外,这些结果可以为学者和专家们提供BIM技术应用的相关参考。
