论非遗数字出版物著作权的保护策略

【摘要】：数字出版促进了知识财产的爆炸性增长,使知识财产成为当今社会最重要的财产形态。非遗数字出版物一方面促进了非遗文化的传播,另一方面也形成了新的产品形态。非遗数字出版物的著作权保护存在诸多问题,如要区分非遗文化和非遗数字出版物两者著作权的不同、厘清非遗数字出版物著作权的权限、完善相关法律法规等。文章从出版机构做好非遗数字出版物著作权保护的角度出发,探讨了著作权的保护和运营。
[Abstract]:Digital publishing promotes the explosive growth of intellectual property and makes intellectual property the most important form of property in today's society.On the one hand, the digital publication promotes the spread of non-posthumous culture, on the other hand, it forms a new product form.There are many problems in the copyright protection of non-posthumous digital publication, such as distinguishing the copyright of non-posthumous digital publication from that of non-posthumous digital publication, clarifying the authority of copyright of non-posthumous digital publication, perfecting the relevant laws and regulations, and so on.This paper discusses the protection and operation of copyright from the point of view of doing well the copyright protection of non-posthumous digital publications.
