数字编辑人才建设研究

【摘要】:信息技术的发展,特别是Web2.0技术的不断成熟,使传媒企业媒体融合的广度和深度日益深入,迅猛发展。人才是媒体融合的关键要素之一,网络技术和信息内容相互结合过程中,产生新媒体编辑和传统媒体数字化转型升级的数字编辑队伍。这两股新兴的融合型、创新型人才,汇聚成为推动媒体融合、出版融合发展的中坚力量。但是目前支撑新兴产业的人才队伍制度尚未形成,人才评价体系尚未建立,需要按照创新驱动的要求,转换新的思维方式、新的培养手段、新的使用方式、新的管理举措,化解制约行业人才队伍建设发展的瓶颈,推动传媒企业的快速健康发展。北京市新闻出版广电局与北京市人力资源和社会保障局大胆创新,积极推动数字编辑职称设立工作,建立数字编辑专业技术资格的评价和管理制度,推动数字编辑人才建设。笔者有幸参加相关指导用书的编撰工作,对数字编辑人才建设专题研究有感性认识,需要结合所学学科知识做进一步的探讨。本文通过相关文献研究,分析数字环境下编辑人才队伍的组成,描述学界、业界以及政界等不同社会机构的作用特点,对数字编辑人才的时代特征进行提炼;借鉴三螺旋理论,观察现阶段数字编辑人员的使用、管理与培养,对数字编辑人才建设现状进行分析和梳理,从而构建数字编辑人才从校园培养到职业规划的协同创新建设路径。希望通过本文的研究,为高校相关数字编辑学科建设、数字内容企业人才队伍搭建,以及政府部门对数字编辑人才队伍的规划管理,提供智力支持和建设参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, especially the maturation of Web2.0 technology, the media integration of media enterprises is getting deeper and deeper.Talent is one of the key elements of media integration. In the process of the combination of network technology and information content, new media editors and digital editors of traditional media are produced.These two new converged, innovative talents converge into the backbone of media convergence and publishing convergence.However, at present, the talent team system that supports the emerging industries has not yet been formed, and the talent evaluation system has not yet been established. In accordance with the requirements of innovation-driven, it is necessary to change new ways of thinking, new training methods, new ways of using, and new management measures.To resolve the bottleneck restricting the construction and development of industry talents, and to promote the rapid and healthy development of media enterprises.The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Press, publication, Radio, Film and Television and the Beijing Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security have made bold innovations, actively promoted the establishment of digital editing titles, established an evaluation and management system for the professional technical qualifications of digital editors, and promoted the construction of digital editing talents.The author has the honor to participate in the compilation of relevant guidance books, and has a perceptual understanding of the subject of digital editing talents construction, which needs to be further explored in combination with the subject knowledge learned.This paper analyzes the composition of editorial talents in digital environment, describes the characteristics of different social institutions, such as academia, industry and politics, and extracts the characteristics of digital editing talents from the perspective of triple helix theory.This paper observes the use, management and cultivation of digital editors at the present stage, analyzes and combs the present situation of the construction of digital editing talents, and constructs the path of collaborative and innovative construction of digital editing talents from campus training to career planning.Through the research of this paper, the author hopes to provide intellectual support and reference for the construction of digital editing discipline in colleges and universities, the construction of talents team in digital content enterprises, and the planning and management of digital editing talents in government departments.
