【摘要】：本论文以人民音乐出版社的发展历程为研究对象，在广泛开展文献调研和实地走访的基础上，对现有的文献资料进行阅读和分析，对相关的当事人进行采访，同时，结合该社发展历程中的特点和一些重大事件，将该社1954年至2001年的发展历程分为四个阶段：始创及初步发展时期（1954—1965）、徘徊与曲折时期（1966—1974）、恢复和壮大时期（1975—1991）、持续发展和变革时期（1992—2001）；通过对各阶段情况的概述和分析，，总结出不同阶段机构设置和管理活动、出版和发行情况的特点和变化情况，并分析了产生这些变化的原因；接着，采用连续性的眼光，对不同阶段的机构设置、管理活动、出版情况、发行情况进行综合分析，总结其发展变化的规律；最后，对该社发展历程中的重要特点和经验教训进行了总结。本论文的正文部分共分六章。第一章、第三章、第四章分机构设置和主要管理活动、出版和发行情况两大方面，运用表格和图表等形式，对人民音乐出版社在始创及初步发展时期（1954—1965）、恢复和壮大时期（1975—1991）、持续发展和变革时期（1992—2001）的发展情况分别作了叙述和分析，并依据这些情况总结了其中的特点和变化，分析了产生变化的原因。第二章概述了人民音乐出版社在徘徊与曲折时期（1966—1974）这个特殊的发展阶段里的变迁过程，对该阶段的出版情况和重要出版物作了重点说明。第五章在前四章的基础上，通过综合归纳的方式，对人民音乐出版社的机构设置、管理活动、出版情况、发行情况四个方面的规律进行了总结。第六章在前文分析的基础上，对人民音乐出版社发展历程中的重要特点、经验和教训分别作了总结和说明。

This paper describes and analyzes the development of the people's Music Publishing House during its founding and initial development period (1954-1965), the period of restoration and expansion (1975-1991), the period of sustainable development and the period of reform (1992-2001), and sums up the characteristics and changes according to these conditions. The reasons for the change are analyzed. The second chapter summarizes the changing process of the people's Music Publishing House in the special stage of development in the wandering and tortuous period (1966-1974), and gives an emphasis on the publication of this stage and the important publications. On the basis of the first four chapters, the fifth chapter summarizes the rules of the organization setup, management activities, publishing situation and distribution of the people's Music Publishing House through the way of comprehensive induction. The sixth chapter summarizes and explains the important characteristics, experiences and lessons of the development of the people's Music Publishing House on the basis of the previous analysis.
