【摘要】：湖北科学技术出版社从确立"数字化项目带动整体转型"发展战略以来,在规划制定、机制创新、项目策划实施、流程优化、新技术应用、国际化、人才队伍培养等方面开展了一系列的实践尝试,积极探索出一条具有地方科技出版特色的转型升级融合发展之路。本文分为转型升级实践综述、"项目驱动"路径梳理和转型升级路径选择思考三部分。
