我国出版生态可持续发展研究

【摘要】：当前的新世纪,我们正在从工业文明的阶段,大步迈向生态文明的新时代。生态化发展已经被看做人类发展的新方向。党的方针政策中也鲜明地提出报告中:“建设生态文明,基本形成节约能源、资源和保护生态环境的产业结构、增长方式、消费模式。要使生态文明观念在全社会牢固树立”。从中我们也可以发现未来出版业的发展方向——建设生态化出版。目前我国出版生态危机问题严重,出现的问题如新书品种猛增、跟风出版、盲目出版、图书炒作愈演愈烈等,破坏了和谐、稳定的出版生态,影响到中国图书出版产业的产业安全和健康发展。出版生态问题已经被越来越多的国内外学界和业界所注意。稳定、安全的出版生态对于我国出版业的可持续发展有着至关重要的意义。维护健康、和谐的出版生态,研究可持续的、健康发展的新思路,已成为我国当前出版业的当务之急。本文从分析出版生态入手,提出了出版生态的概念,将生态学原则和原理运用到出版现实中,用出版与社会和谐发展的眼光去看待我国目前呈现的出版问题,通过理论结合实际的方法,分析如何更好地处理出版与社会、出版与发展以及不同出版媒介之间的关系,使得出版的发展与社会发展和精神文明建设相和谐;寻求优化出版生态、维护出版平衡、确保出版业可持续发展的途径。
[Abstract]:In the new century, we are striding from the stage of industrial civilization to the new era of ecological civilization. Ecological development has been seen as a new direction of human development. In the Party's policies and principles, the Party also puts forward the following report: "Building ecological civilization, basically forming an industrial structure, a growth pattern, and a consumption pattern that conserve energy, resources and protect the ecological environment." The concept of ecological civilization should be firmly established in the whole society. " We can also find the future development direction of publishing industry-construction of ecological publishing. At present, the problem of publishing ecological crisis in our country is serious. The problems such as the surge in the variety of new books, the publication of following the trend, the blind publication, the intensified speculation of books, and so on, have destroyed the harmonious and stable publishing ecology. It affects the industrial safety and healthy development of Chinese book publishing industry. The issue of publishing ecology has been paid more and more attention by domestic and foreign scholars and industry. Stable and safe publishing ecology is of great importance to the sustainable development of China's publishing industry. Maintaining healthy and harmonious publishing ecology and studying new ideas of sustainable and healthy development have become the urgent task of our country's current publishing industry. Starting with the analysis of publishing ecology, this paper puts forward the concept of publishing ecology, applies the ecological principles and principles to the publishing reality, and views the publishing problems in our country from the perspective of harmonious development of publishing and society. Through the combination of theory and practice, this paper analyzes how to better deal with the relationship between publishing and society, publishing and development, and different publishing media, so as to make the development of publishing harmonious with social development and spiritual civilization construction. Seek the way to optimize the publishing ecology, maintain the publishing balance and ensure the sustainable development of the publishing industry.
