深圳教育报刊社竞争战略研究

【摘要】: 深圳教育报刊社是深圳报业集团旗下的系列子报刊单位,多年来,以深圳学龄青少年儿童和教育工作者为读者对象,具有较强的行政色彩和事业单位特点。自国家新闻出版总署《关于进一步推进新闻出版体制改革的指导意见》的公布,深圳教育报刊社由原来具有行政色彩性质的单位,面临着如何适应市场条件下的生产和经营规划的问题。 本文首先大量阅读关于出版企业市场化的文献,在对这些文献进行整理总结,了解国内外其他出版单位成功市场化并取得卓越成就的经验和教训。然后参照深圳教育报刊社的实际情况,对报刊社所处的外部环境进行详细分析,分析外部环境中存在的机遇和威胁,规避风险,把握机遇;再接着分析深圳教育报刊社的内部环境,充分把握报刊社的人力资源状况,财务资源状况和一些无形资源的详细情况,对比行业中其他企业找出报刊社的优势劣势;最后根据环境分析得出的结论,具体分析报刊社各产品所处的实际竞争环境,找出适合深圳教育报刊社继续发展的竞争战略,也根据报刊社目前存在的问题,提出了战略有效实施需要的保障。 本文第一章提出所要研究的问题,尽管问题具有特殊性,但还是属于企业战略层面的问题;第二章回顾一下国内外研究的文献,以及论述了本文中会出现和用到的几个重要理论;第三章对深圳教育报刊社的内外环境做具体分析,找出机会、威胁、优势和劣势;第四章对是竞争战略的确定,根据分析结果,做出竞争战略的选择;第五章提出实施战略的一些措施。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen Education Press is a series of newspapers and periodicals owned by Shenzhen newspaper Group. For many years, it takes children and educators of school age in Shenzhen as readers, and has strong administrative color and characteristics of institutions. Since the publication of the State Press and publication Administration's guiding opinion on further promoting the Reform of the Press and publication system, the Shenzhen Education and Journalism Service has been made up of units with an administrative character. Faced with how to adapt to market conditions under the production and business planning problems. In this paper, we first read a large number of literature on publishing enterprises marketization, in the collation of these documents, to understand the success of other domestic and foreign publishing units marketization and achieved outstanding experience and lessons. Then referring to the actual situation of Shenzhen educational newspaper agency, the paper analyzes the external environment of the newspaper agency in detail, analyzes the opportunities and threats existing in the external environment, avoids the risk and grasps the opportunity; Then it analyzes the internal environment of Shenzhen Education Press, fully grasps the situation of human resources, financial resources and some intangible resources, and compares other enterprises in the industry to find out the advantages and disadvantages of newspapers and periodicals. Finally, according to the conclusion of the environmental analysis, we concretely analyze the actual competitive environment in which the various products of the newspaper and periodicals are located, and find out the competitive strategy suitable for the continued development of the Shenzhen Education and Journalism Agency, and also according to the problems existing in the newspaper agencies at present. The guarantee of effective implementation of the strategy is put forward. The first chapter of this paper puts forward the question to be studied, although the problem has the particularity, but still belongs to the enterprise strategic level question; the second chapter reviews the domestic and foreign research literature, It also discusses several important theories that will appear and be used in this paper. The third chapter makes a concrete analysis of the internal and external environment of Shenzhen Education Press, and finds out the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses; the fourth chapter is the determination of competitive strategy. According to the results of the analysis, to make the choice of competition strategy, chapter five puts forward some measures to implement the strategy.
