【摘要】：文章以中国宇航出版有限责任公司为案例总结了"十二五"规划的经验,分析了企业成长的内在原因,探讨了规划制定的方法和企业成长的路径,指出了"十三五"规划制定应关注的问题。
[Abstract]:Taking China Aerospace Publishing Co., Ltd as a case, this paper summarizes the experience of the 12th Five-Year Plan, analyzes the internal reasons of enterprise growth, and probes into the methods of planning and the path of enterprise growth. The problems that should be paid attention to in the formulation of the 13th Five-Year Plan are pointed out.
