国家出版基金资助类图书定价研究

【摘要】：近年来关于图书定价,众说纷纭,读者普遍认为图书价格太高,而学者认为价格偏低,且有大量的数据表明,我国图书价格远远低于居民消费指数及国外图书的价格。除此,我国图书定价状况还存在很多的问题,愈演愈烈的折扣战,步步紧逼的零售商,举步维艰的出版社,抱怨声越来越大的消费者,定价市场十分混乱。饱受争议的书价,一直以来为人们关注,图书作为人类的精神食粮,其重要性不言而喻,而图书实现其价值的根本方式是销售,书价是影响销售的关键因素,合理科学的定价是图书销售成功的关键,图书价格连接着读者、作者、出版社和国家,为了鼓励更多优秀的出版物,国家专门设立了出版基金,但是这类资助类图书的价格却远远高出了人们可承受的购买力,违背了出版基金设立的目的,本应惠及更多读者的出版物,价格却很高,因此,探究出版基金资助类图书高定价的原因很有必要。本篇文章通过四个章节深入研究了国家出版基金资助类图书定价问题,首先对国家出版基金资助类图书有一个宏观分析,主要从图书种类、图书文化传播功能、图书定价方式及图书价格状况四方面进行初步研究,把握这类图书的基本概况;其次,系统分析了图书较高的定价现状以及背后的原因;然后对比分析了发达国家与我国资助类图书定价方面的不同;最后针对上述种种现状,从认识层面、操作层面和监管层面提出了一些解决的建议,致力于改善这种高定价的现状。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there are different opinions on book pricing. Readers generally think that book price is too high, while scholars think that book price is too low, and a lot of data show that the book price of our country is far lower than the consumption index of residents and the price of foreign books. In addition, there are still many problems in China's book pricing situation, such as the increasingly fierce discount war, the pressing retailers, the struggling publishing houses, the growing complaints of consumers, and the confusion of the pricing market. The controversial price of books has always been concerned by people. Books, as the spiritual food of mankind, are self-evident, and the fundamental way to realize the value of books is to sell, and the price of books is the key factor affecting sales. Reasonable and scientific pricing is the key to the success of book sales. Book prices connect readers, authors, publishers and countries. In order to encourage more excellent publications, the state has set up a publishing fund. But the price of such subsidized books is far higher than people can afford, contrary to the purpose of the publication fund, and the price of publications that should benefit more readers is high, so, It is necessary to explore the reasons for the high pricing of books funded by the publishing fund. Through four chapters, this article deeply studies the pricing of books supported by the National Publishing Fund. First of all, there is a macro analysis of the books supported by the National Publishing Fund, mainly from the book types, the function of book culture dissemination. The book pricing mode and book price status are studied in four aspects to grasp the basic situation of this kind of books; Secondly, the paper systematically analyzes the current situation of higher book pricing and the reasons behind it, and then compares the differences between developed countries and China in the pricing of subsidized books. Finally, in view of the above various present situation, from the understanding level, the operation level and the supervision level proposed some solution suggestions, devotes to the improvement this kind of high pricing present situation.
