中国电子书出版产业市场行为的政府规制研究

【摘要】：中国出版业既对提高公民的文化、教育水平具有重要作用,也是国家意识形态工作的重要阵地,因而,我国政府一直对出版业给予直接规制。但我国政府对出版业的规制政策和法律并不完善,电子书出版领域甚至出现缺乏监管状态。研究以产业组织理论为基础,从价格、电子书号、格式标准和版权保护四个方面分析我国电子书出版产业诸多企业的市场行为以及政府对其的规制。
[Abstract]:China's publishing industry not only plays an important role in raising the cultural and educational level of the citizens, but also plays an important role in the ideological work of the country. Therefore, our government has been directly regulating the publishing industry. However, the government's regulatory policies and laws on the publishing industry are not perfect, and the field of e-book publishing is even lack of supervision. Based on the theory of industrial organization, this paper analyzes the market behavior of many enterprises in e-book publishing industry and the government regulation from four aspects: price, e-book number, format standard and copyright protection.
