多元文化语境下高校党建的困境与路径研究

【摘要】：随着社会领域内思想理念的不断开放,我国高校的文化生态实现多元转向。在多元文化生态中,大学生个体价值理念呈现出差异性,而高校的意识形态则呈现出包容性和不稳定性。学生个体的异质性、公共舆论的复杂性和大学生价值理念的偏差给高校基层党建带来了巨大挑战;而高校思想政治教育的话语权建设的有效性危机、高校党建社会参与的有限以及高校党建监督机制的缺失,则深化高校党建与多元文化之间的矛盾。对此,必须强化社会主义核心价值观的社会践行,并促进高校党建组织建设与管理机制、社会参与机制和监督机制的制度化发展进程。
[Abstract]:With the continuous opening of the ideology in the field of society, the cultural ecology of colleges and universities in our country has turned to a pluralistic direction. In the multi-cultural ecology, the individual value concept of college students presents the difference. On the other hand, the ideology of colleges and universities presents inclusiveness and instability. The heterogeneity of students' individual, the complexity of public opinion and the deviation of college students' values have brought great challenges to the Party building at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities. The crisis of the construction of the discourse right of ideological and political education, the limited participation of the party construction and the lack of supervision mechanism deepen the contradiction between the party building and the multiculturalism in colleges and universities. It is necessary to strengthen the social practice of socialist core values and to promote the institutional development of the construction and management mechanism, social participation mechanism and supervision mechanism of party building organizations in colleges and universities.
