党外县处级中青年干部培训班教育培训需求研究

【摘要】：随着党的统一战线不断扩大和发展,党外代表人士教育培训工作面临新的形势和任务。结合云南省社会主义学院的实际,深入研究重点班次——党外县处级中青干部培训班教育培训需求,是切实提高我院教育培训质量的突破口。研究显示,该班次对我院教育培训满意度较高,但从培训需求中发现我院教育培训水平仍有较大提高空间。根据调研情况,提出以五种能力为培训主线,加大新专题开设力度,创新培训模式,完善考评机制等意见和建议,以进一步深化云南社院教学改革。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion and development of the Party's United front, the education and training of representatives outside the Party are facing new situations and tasks, which are combined with the reality of the Yunnan Provincial Socialist Institute. It is the breakthrough of improving the quality of education and training in our hospital to deeply study the key shift-the demand of education and training for young cadres at the county level outside the party. The research shows that this shift has a high degree of satisfaction with the education and training of our college. However, we can find that there is still much room for improvement in the level of education and training in our college from the training demand. According to the investigation and investigation, this paper puts forward five kinds of abilities as the main line of training, strengthens the strength of opening new topics, and innovates the training mode. Improve the evaluation mechanism and other suggestions to further deepen the teaching reform of Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences.
