【摘要】：中国共青团思想建设职能是指在中国共产党领导下,中国共青团发挥自身组织优势、整合外部社会资源,用党的政治理念、政治纲领、政治路线、政治方针以及马克思主义中国化的理论创新成果武装团员青年,增进团员青年对中国特色社会主义的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信。改革开放直接推动经济转型和社会变迁,这也成为新时期中国共青团思想建设职能内涵不断丰富、边界不断拓展的根本动力。总体来看,改革开放以来中国共青团思想建设职能经历了"思想政治工作"、"思想政治教育"、"思想引领"等三个发展阶段,并逐步构建起具有共青团组织特点的思想建设话语体系和表达方式,共青团思想建设更加聚焦于青年群众、更加注重引入现代信息手段、更加注重与青年平等对话、更加注重青年思想建设的现实性和实践性,体现中国共青团思想建设职能的理解、认识和运用不断走向成熟。
