【摘要】：在职党员进社区服务群众工作在思想认识、保障措施、执行力度、实际效果方面取得了显著成效。资源分布不够合理、经费紧缺尚未缓解、激励措施尚不完善是制约其进一步提升成效的因素。持公平的资源分配原则、探索多元化经费来源渠道、构建综合性激励措施体系是缓解这些制约因素、进一步提升其工作成效的有效策略。
[Abstract]:The working party members into the community service work for the masses in the ideological understanding, safeguard measures, enforcement, the actual effect has achieved remarkable results. The resource distribution is not reasonable, lack of funds has not been eased, the incentive measures are not perfect is restricted further enhance the effectiveness of resource allocation factors. To explore the principles of peace, diversified sources of funding, construction a comprehensive incentive system is to alleviate these constraints, effective strategies to further enhance the effectiveness of its work.
