【摘要】："严肃党内政治生活是一篇大文章",是全面从严治党的基础和关键,是党要管党的逻辑起点和切入点,其命题的重要性、历时的持久性、内容的丰富性、功能的综合性、实践的多元性,决定着需要确立整体性、系统性、联动性思维,深入探究、自觉运用党内政治生活的内在规律,构建科学化、规范化、法治化的党内政治生活体系,确保其应有功能的长效发挥,促进党内政治生态的净化与优化。严肃党内政治生活的体系建构主要可从思想认知、目标功能、主体内容、风险防控、制度保障等五个方面展开。
[Abstract]:The political life in the inner - party is a big article . It is the foundation and the key of the Party . It is the logical starting point and the entry point of the Party ' s management of the Party . The importance of the proposition , the persistence of the duration , the richness of the content , the nature of the function and the pluralism of the practice determine the need to establish the inner laws of the inner - party political life , and to build a scientific , standardized and legal system of political life in the Party . The system construction of the political life in the inner Party can be expanded from the five aspects of thought cognition , target function , subject content , risk prevention and control , system safeguard , etc .
