习近平干部教育培训思想研究

【摘要】：干部是中国共产党执政队伍的骨干,善于学习、重视干部教育培训,是中国共产党的优良传统、政治优势和成功经验。当前,面对复杂多变的国际国内形势及不断出现的新情况、新挑战、新问题,进行具有许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争,都迫切需要一支高素质的干部队伍。本研究以马克思主义为指导,以习近平相关系列重要讲话精神为主要参考文献,对习近平干部教育培训思想展开研究,理论上有助于丰富深化习近平党建思想研究,对深化中国共产党干部教育培训思想研究以及党的建设理论研究具有一定的理论价值,对推进干部教育培训工作也具有一定的现实意义。本研究运用文献研究法、比较研究法、历史分析法等多种研究方法,从习近平干部教育培训思想产生的社会历史条件出发,梳理了习近平干部教育培训思想发展的脉络,总结了习近平干部教育培训思想的主要内容和特点,分析了习近平干部教育培训思想的重要意义。本研究认为,习近平干部教育培训思想是一个丰富完整的思想体系,主要内容包括五个方面：一是新形势新任务下干部教育培训的战略意义,二是以培养“好干部”为标准的干部教育培训目标,三是以党性教育为核心的培训内容体系,四是以改革创新为动力提高干部教育培训的科学化水平,五是坚持正确的办学方向。本研究提出,习近平干部教育培训思想主要呈现为突出思想性、注重整体性、重视创新性、强调从严性等特征。总之,习近平干部教育培训思想,是对中国共产党干部教育培训理论与实践的经验总结,是马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系在干部教育培训领域的最新理论成果,丰富和发展了中国共产党干部教育培训理论,促进了中国特色社会主义干部教育培训体系的完善与发展,为推进新形势下中国共产党干部教育培训创新提供了行动指南。
[Abstract]:Cadres are the backbone of the ruling ranks of the Communist Party of China. Being good at learning and attaching importance to the education and training of cadres are the fine traditions, political advantages and successful experiences of the Communist Party of China. In the face of the complex and changeable international and domestic situation and the new situation, new challenges and new problems, we are engaged in a great struggle with many new historical characteristics. This study is guided by Marxism and takes Xi Jinping's related series of important speech spirit as the main reference document to carry out the research on the ideology of the cadre education and training of Xi Jinping. Theoretically, it is helpful to enrich and deepen the study of Xi Jinping's party building thought, and has certain theoretical value to deepen the study of the education and training thought of cadres of the Communist Party of China and the theoretical study of party building. It is also of practical significance to promote the work of cadre education and training. This study uses literature research method, comparative research method, historical analysis method and other research methods. Starting from the social and historical conditions of Xi Jinping's thought of cadre education and training, this paper combs the context of the development of Xi Jinping's thought of cadre education and training, and sums up the main contents and characteristics of the thought of cadre education and training of Xi Jinping. This paper analyzes the important significance of Xi Jinping's thought of cadre education and training. This study holds that the thought of Xi Jinping's cadre education and training is a rich and complete ideological system. The main contents include five aspects: first, the strategic significance of cadre education and training under the new situation and new tasks; second, the goal of cadre education and training based on the training of "good cadres". Third, the party spirit education as the core of the training content system, fourth, reform and innovation as the driving force to improve the scientific level of cadre education and training, and fifth, adhere to the correct direction of running a school. Xi Jinping's thoughts on cadre education and training are mainly characterized by highlighting ideological content, paying attention to integrity, attaching importance to innovation and emphasizing strictness. It is a summary of the theory and practice of cadre education and training of the Communist Party of China, and the latest theoretical achievement of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong's thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the field of cadre education and training. Enriched and developed the Communist Party of China cadre education and training theory, promoted the Chinese characteristic socialism cadre education and training system consummation and the development. In order to promote the Communist Party of China cadre education and training innovation under the new situation to provide a guide for action.
