北京市基层服务型党组织建设的实践与创新

【摘要】：基层党组织是党全部工作和战斗力的基础。建设基层服务型党组织,对于密切党同人民群众的血肉联系、贯彻党的理论和路线方针政策、提高党的执政能力、夯实党的执政基础,具有重要意义。近年来,北京市按照中央要求,以联系群众、服务群众为出发点和着力点,进一步巩固和拓展党的群众路线教育实践活动成果,大力推进基层服务型党组织建设,强化服务功能,基层党组织的服务意识与服务能力得到有力提升,服务载体和服务方式日趋多样,组织体系和制度机制逐步形成,多元服务格局日趋完善,服务成效明显提升。
[Abstract]:Grass-roots party organizations are the basis of all the Party's work and combat effectiveness. To build a grass-roots service-oriented party organization, it is necessary to closely link the party with the masses of the people, carry out the party's theory, line, principles and policies, and improve the Party's ruling ability. It is of great significance to consolidate the ruling foundation of the party. In recent years, according to the requirements of the central government, Beijing has made contact with the masses and served the masses as the starting point and focus. We will further consolidate and expand the achievements of the Party's practical activities in mass line education, vigorously promote the building of service-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level, and strengthen the service functions, so that the service awareness and ability of grass-roots party organizations will be enhanced. Service carriers and service modes are becoming more and more diverse, organizational system and system mechanism are gradually formed, multiple service patterns are becoming more and more perfect, and service effectiveness is obviously improved.
