【摘要】：党的十一届三中全会后,陈云领导中央纪委制定《关于党内政治生活的若干准则》。他从无产阶级政党历史使命的高度看待党内政治生活,精心组织,起草高质量高水准的《准则》;他警示"执政党的党风问题是有关党的生死存亡的问题",明确搞好党风的基本思想,大力推动全党落实《准则》;他强调党性原则和党的纪律不存在"松绑"的问题,在改革开放中始终坚持以《准则》为准绳加强和规范党内政治生活。这些思想和实践对贯彻新老准则、推进全面从严治党很有借鉴和指导意义。
[Abstract]:After the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, Chen Yun led the Central Disciplinary Commission to formulate "some Standards on Inner-Party political Life." he looked at the party's political life from the perspective of the historical mission of the proletarian party and carefully organized it. He warned that "the issue of party conduct in the ruling party is an issue related to the survival or death of the party," and made clear the basic idea of doing a good job of the party's work style. He strongly urged the whole party to implement the "guidelines"; he stressed that there is no question of "loosening up" the party spirit principle and party discipline. In the course of reform and opening up, we always adhere to the "criterion" as the yardstick to strengthen and standardize the party's political life. These thoughts and practices are of great significance for the implementation of the new and old norms and the promotion of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party.
