枢纽型治理:中国共产党对于社会组织的领导

【摘要】：枢纽型社会组织是近几年出现的社会现象,学界有着正反两种不同的评价。依据国家—政党—社会的分析框架,从中国共产党的执政逻辑出发来阐释枢纽型社会组织的政治内涵。执政党的"放-收"逻辑在增强执政党对社会组织领导的同时,也成为推进社会组织管理改革的重要保障。社会组织管理改革能否突破双重管理体制的困境,关键在于执政党如何在社会网络中增强社会治理能力。比较嵌入式治理和枢纽型治理可以发现,枢纽型治理是执政党领导社会组织的较好治理策略。
[Abstract]:Hub social organization is a social phenomenon that has appeared in recent years. There are two different kinds of evaluation in academic circles. According to the analysis frame of the state, political party and society, Starting from the ruling logic of the Communist Party of China, the political connotation of the pivotal social organization is explained. The ruling party's "liberal-income" logic strengthens the ruling party's leadership over the social organization at the same time. It has also become an important guarantee for promoting the reform of social organization management. Can the reform of social organization management break through the dilemma of the dual management system, The key lies in how the ruling party strengthens the social governance ability in the social network, and comparing the embedded governance with the pivot governance, we can find that the hub governance is the better governance strategy for the ruling party to lead the social organization.
