年轻干部要把“实”字做好

【摘要】：正年轻干部要把"实"作为政治追求。年轻干部必须在谋事、干事中做到实实在在、踏踏实实,要善于弯下腰、低下头。所谓弯下腰,就是要多到田间地头、乡里坊间,深入基层一线;所谓低下头,就是要多接触人民群众,了解他们的所思、所想,倾听他们的诉求。
[Abstract]:Young cadres should pursue "reality" as a political pursuit. Young cadres must be practical and down-to-earth among their officers. They should be good at bending down and lowering their heads. The so-called "stooping" means that they should go to the fields and the countryside. To go deep into the grassroots; to lower one's head means to get in touch with the masses, to understand what they think, to think, and to listen to their demands.
