【摘要】：马克思主义政党学说由众多部分构成,党内民主不仅是其中的一个重要组成部分,也是马克思主义政党做自身理论和实践的重要内容,是马克思主义政党增强政党团结,提升战斗力的保障。中国共产党历来都非常重视党的自身建设,尤其是高度重视党内民主的建设与发展,无论是在革命时期、建设时期还是改革时期,党内民主建设都是党的事业成长前进至关重要的武器法宝。本文着重探索的改革开放以来,我们党在党内民主问题上的发展历程,并在此基础上总结出党内民主建设的历史经验及现实启示。论文的主体内容由三部分展开阐述:第一章是在马克思主义经典作家的党内民主理论的基础上进行的论述,从民主的含义入手,进一步总结出党内民主的基本含义;第二章阐述了改革开放时期党内民主的发展,按照不同时期的领导人对党内民主发展的贡献进行总结,重点集中在理论和实践两个方面;第三章主要是总结经验和历史价值并得出相应的现实启示,以理论创新、制度建设和渐进方式做好党内民主发展。由此,我们更加深刻的认识到:党内民主是引发党的活力与生命力最基础的条件,能使党的自我完善、自我革新的能力水平得到有效提高,是实现党在新形势下完成新任务的现实需要,因此我们要继续贯彻民主集中制,以理论和实践的角度出发为出发点,在理论上,不断探究党内民主的问题,在实践中,不断发展党的民主建设,使党的建设发出蓬勃的生机与活力。
[Abstract]:The theory of Marxist political parties is composed of many parts. Inner-party democracy is not only an important part of it, but also an important part of its own theory and practice. It is also an important part of Marxist political parties to strengthen the unity of political parties. The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the Party's own construction, especially to the construction and development of inner-party democracy, whether in the revolutionary period, the construction period or the reform period. The construction of inner-party democracy is a weapon of vital importance for the growth and advancement of the party's cause. Since the reform and opening up, which this article focuses on, the development of our party on the issue of inner-party democracy, On this basis, the author summarizes the historical experience and practical enlightenment of the construction of inner-party democracy. The main content of the thesis is expounded in three parts: the first chapter is the exposition based on the theory of inner-party democracy of the classical Marxist writers. Start with the meaning of democracy, further sum up the basic meaning of inner-party democracy. Chapter two expounds the development of inner-party democracy in the period of reform and opening up, according to the contributions of leaders in different periods to the development of inner-party democracy. The third chapter is mainly about summing up experience and historical value and drawing the corresponding practical enlightenment, and doing a good job in the development of inner-party democracy by theoretical innovation, institutional construction and gradual development. We have a deeper understanding that inner-party democracy is the most basic condition for triggering the vitality and vitality of the Party, and that it can effectively improve the Party's ability to improve and innovate itself. It is the realistic need to fulfill the new task of the Party under the new situation. Therefore, we should continue to implement democratic centralism, take the theory and practice as the starting point, in theory, continuously explore the problem of inner-party democracy, and in practice, Continuously develop the party's democratic construction, make the party's construction send out vigorous vigor and vitality.
