【摘要】："四个全面"战略布局为构建新型政商关系提供了前提、明确了要求、指明了方向;从"四个全面"战略高度来审视新型政商关系,是当前党和政府亟待解决的重大课题。从增进目标认同、发掘改革动力、坚持法治导向、提供政治保证等方面看,构建新型政商关系具有客观必然性和现实紧迫性。构建新型政商关系,必须注重增进全面建成小康社会的目标认同,发掘全面深化改革的新动力,坚持全面依法治国的法治导向,提供全面从严治党的政治保证。
[Abstract]:The "four comprehensive" strategic layout provides a prerequisite for the construction of a new type of political and commercial relationship, clarifies the requirements and indicates the direction, and examines the new political and commercial relationship from the perspective of the "four comprehensive" strategies. It is an important task for the party and the government to solve urgently. From the aspects of enhancing the goal identity, exploring the motive force of reform, adhering to the guidance of the rule of law, providing political guarantee, etc. It is necessary to build a new political and commercial relationship to promote the recognition of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and to explore the new motive force for deepening the reform in an all-round way. Adhere to the rule of law guidance, provide a comprehensive strict party political guarantee.
