【摘要】：正防止和克服"政策性浪费",是任弼时于1944年4月在西北局高级干部会议上讲话的第三部分"金融贸易财政政策的基本方针"中提到的。这篇讲话原题为《去年边区财经工作的估计与今年边区金融贸易财政政策的基本方针》,曾作为党内高级干部读物印发,后经过重新整理改题为《陕甘宁边区财政经济工作的基本方针》,收入《任弼时选集》。
[Abstract]:"Policy waste" is being prevented and overcome, as mentioned in the third part of Ren Bishi's speech at the Northwest Bureau Senior cadre Conference on April 1944, "basic principles of Financial and Trade Fiscal Policy." this speech was originally entitled "Last year" Estimates of the Financial and Economic work in the Border region and the basic principles of the Financial and Trade Fiscal Policy of the Border region this year. "it was printed and published as a reading material for senior cadres within the Party." After reorganizing the title of the basic policy of financial and economic work in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region, the income of "selected works of Ren Bishi".
