【摘要】：思想政治工作是共青团的优良传统,在巩固和发展党的群团事业中,在全面深化共青团改革的背景下,应确立思想政治工作的核心竞争力地位。共青团通过长期的和富有成效的思想政治工作保证了团组织作为党的无产阶级群团组织的先进性、战斗力、组织性和纪律性。共青团思想政治工作的核心竞争力要通过不断提高团组织在思想、文化、作风、服务等方面的能力来体现。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political work is the fine tradition of the Communist Youth League. In the process of consolidating and developing the Party's mass and league cause and under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of the Communist Youth League, The core competitive position of ideological and political work should be established. Through long-term and fruitful ideological and political work, the Communist Youth League has guaranteed the advanced nature and combat effectiveness of the League as the party's proletarian mass organization. The core competence of the ideological and political work of the Communist Youth League should be reflected through the continuous improvement of its ability in ideology, culture, style, service and so on.
