【摘要】：霸道官员只准他们给别人立规矩,不准别人跟他们讲规则;只准他们对别人发号施令,不准别人和他们讲道理。如此一来,他们便会把任何不能随心所欲的事情都看成冒犯,就会居高临下看待一切本应平等沟通的对象。在权力不受控制的情况下,欲望也会随之膨胀,一旦自己把握不好,就容易受到诱惑而走向贪腐深渊。
[Abstract]:Hegemonic officials are only allowed to make rules for others and not to be told rules; they are only allowed to give orders to others, and they are not allowed to reason with them. In this way, they regard anything they cannot do as an affront as an affront. When power is not controlled, desire expands, and if you don't grasp it well, you are vulnerable to temptation to go to the abyss of corruption.
