【摘要】：正习近平主席指出,在所有党的纪律和规矩中,第一位的是政治纪律和政治规矩;军队守纪律首要的是遵守政治纪律,守规矩首要的是遵守政治规矩。这些重要论述,深刻阐明了党的纪律建设的重大理论和实践问题,抓住了从严治党的关键,为严守政治纪律和政治规矩提供了根本遵循。我军作为执行党的政治任务的武装集团,历来最讲政治、最讲纪律、最讲规矩,在严守政治纪律和政治规矩上必须标准更高、要求更严,努力站好排头、走在前列。
[Abstract]:President Xi Jinping pointed out that of all party disciplines and rules, the first is political discipline and political rules; the first thing the army observes is to observe political discipline, and the first to observe discipline is to abide by political rules. It has profoundly expounded the major theoretical and practical problems in the party's discipline building, grasped the key to strictly administering the party, and provided a fundamental adherence to the strict observance of political discipline and rules. As an armed group carrying out the party's political tasks, our army is an armed group. We must always be the most political, disciplined, and disciplined, and must have higher standards and stricter requirements in strict observance of political discipline and rules, and strive to stand at the head of the line and be in the forefront.
