中国共产党纪律检查的历史沿革、特点与经验

【摘要】：中国共产党纪律检查经历了早期探索、逐步发展、曲折发展、恢复发展、重大发展、全面推进等不同阶段。它呈现出曲折性、长期性和艰巨性,诠释了中国共产党人强烈的忧患意识、鲜明的问题导向、科学的内涵发展、服务于革命和建设大局的价值目标。它积累了坚持党的领导、提升党纪科学化水平、维护纪律权威和营造清新政治生态、党纪党规建设服务于政治路线、借鉴国内外先进做法等纪律检查的基本经验,对坚持和拓展党的建设具有当代价值和实践意义。
[Abstract]:The discipline inspection of the Communist Party of China has gone through different stages, such as early exploration, gradual development, tortuous development, restoration of development, major development, comprehensive promotion, etc. It has shown a tortuous, long-term and arduous nature. It interprets the value goal of the Chinese Communists' strong sense of distress, clear problem orientation, scientific connotation development and serving the overall situation of revolution and construction. It accumulates the leadership of the Party and promotes the scientific level of party discipline. It is of contemporary value and practical significance to maintain the authority of discipline and build a fresh political ecology. The Party discipline construction serves the political line and draws lessons from the basic experience of discipline inspection such as advanced practices at home and abroad. It is of contemporary value and practical significance to adhere to and expand the party building.
