廉洁政治生态构建中德治的内涵解读及推进策略

【摘要】："官德正,则民风淳;官德毁,则民风降",领导干部德的好坏,事关社会风气好坏、人民利益得失、党和国家事业的兴衰。当前,党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争依然面临着严峻复杂的形势,如何在纷繁复杂的社会环境中正确对待利益取舍,在形形色色的诱惑面前保持廉洁自律心态,是一个重大而紧迫的现实课题。积极探索唤醒党员干部高尚思想道德追求的有效途径,让从严治党兼具道德感召力和纪律约束力,让制度运行在思想认同的轨道上,二者各司其职而又辩证统一、相互配合,才能形成内外兼修、标本兼治的全面从严治党新格局。
[Abstract]:The good or bad of leading cadres is related to the good or bad social atmosphere, the gain and loss of the interests of the people, and the rise and fall of the cause of the party and the state. The construction of a clean and honest party and the struggle against corruption still face a severe and complex situation. How to correctly deal with the trade-off of interests in the complicated social environment, and how to maintain a clean and self-discipline mentality in the face of all kinds of temptations, It is an important and urgent practical task. Actively explore the effective way to awaken the noble ideological and moral pursuit of party members and cadres, let the strict administration of the party have both moral inspiration and discipline binding force, and let the system run on the track of ideological identity.
